The context is Macintosh, Hypercard and DAL:
I am looking for a tool(HC stack?) that provides Graphical Query Language
Defining entities and relations graphically is also desireable: 
GDDL - "Graphical Data Definition Language".

From Apple's DAL brochure (DAL, Data Access Language, The Information
Access Solution) they list the following Query and Reporting Tools for the
Macintosh:

DataPrism by Brio
GQL by Andyne Computing (GQL stands for Graphical Query Language)
ClearAccess by Fairfield Software
