Hello !

        I become crazy with this problem : I know that I must lock a record if
a user display it in read/write mode and free the record after its
modification. But a record which was NEVER displayed before in a day make
the same alert box (telling that this record is already displayed by
another user). Do you know what's wrong ?

it could just be the first record in the selection after a search
(i.e.-the default current record); a record doesn't have to be
displayed to be locked. it only has to be loaded with read/write
privileges.
