It's possible that there are multiple things referred to as INDSCAL,
but one of them is individual differences scaling, a particular kind
of multidimensional scaling available in Forrest Young's ALSCAL
program. One version of ALSCAL is available (under that name) as a
procedure in most versions of SPSS.
