I have a recently purchased powerbook 5300 which I had hoped to use with an external Nanao 9070U. The external 8bit 640x400 resolution syncs to 67khz and my monitor's max sync is 58. The short of it, the monitor doesn't work with the powerbook as is. I would like a way to tweak the monitor setting to get it to sync below 60. I would very much appreciate a reply from someone via email. I have looked around and haven't found anything that looks useful. Mostly just automated setting switchers. -- James Miller Coordinator for International Relations Ishikawa International Culture Exchange Center jamiller@wave.ec.t.kanazawa-u.ac.jp http://www2.mitani.co.jp/jamiller
