I've got a problem when I try to access a floppy using winfile in
Windows for Workgroups 3.11. I can always access the drive once but
subsequent accesses result in a 'floppy not formatted, Ok to format'
message. 

The error repeats itself on any floppy inserted into the drive unless
an attempted access is made to the drive whilst it is empty. Then the
next inserted floppy disk is readable again.

Anyone know a fix for this?
