Any surge protectors with two-line telephone protection?

Does ANY company make a surge protection power strip (or similar
product) that has telephone protection capabilities for TWO lines (ie.
has four wires in the RJ-11 sockets and surge-protection circuitry for
both Line 1 and Line 2).

I have just upped the home office to two-line telephones and now all of
my expensive APC surge protection strips are unusable. I've done a fair
amount of looking around and have found that most brands of surge
protectors with telephone line protection have only the two center wires
in the RJ-11 sockets. The center wires are Line 1. This means that not
only is there no protection for LIne 2, Line 2 is completely disabled.

I have looked at all the major and minor brands I can find such as APC,
Tripp, Belkin, etc. and the only one that even HAS the four wires
necessary for two-line telephones to work is the Belkin line.
Unfortunately, an e-mail exchange with Belkin technical support says
that while Line 2 will work with these surge protectors, there is no
surge protection circuitry.

Any help would be appreciated.
