I think the power supply in my Mac SE/30 has crapped out. When powered on, all the machine does is audibly click thru the speaker and make the fan wiggle back and forth. Don't think this is a flyback transformer problem... :| Anyone know where I might be able to snag a power supply without bleeding my back acct. dry? (and yes, i know the mantra is "it's an old machine, junk it and get a recent mac..." I haven't the cash on hand). And is there any calibration I have to take into account when putting the new one in? Prefer email responses, but I'll take anything at this point. Thanks for any help. -RossR -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- Ross Roberts |Denizens of Doom #0340 Edison Welding Institute/NJC |Today's lyric: "Why does it rroberts@ewi.ewi.org |hurt when I pee?" http://ewi.ewi.org/~rroberts | -Frank Zappa
