My sister-in-law is having the following problem with her Mac:



"My printer
doesn't want to work.  It has a big black X on it and when I click on
it, it says that it cannot be used.  Everytime I turn onmy computer, I
get a box that says, color stylewriter can not be utilized because the
chooser extension is not in the extension folder.  I tried to do what
they said but it doesn't seem to work.  I can't even re-install the
program, it won't let me.  Do you know what I should do?  Help!"

Try installing the printer software again, and select your printer type in
the chooser. This should sort out your problem.
