Just because a person is a Mac or PC user does not mean that they may
have experience elsewhere.

Now, I am not condoning the actions of this person, but a simple
reference to the right area instead of this obviously elitist attitude
that you have shoved onto the poster would have been much better.

Think, you may just have destroyed any chance of this person
ever contemplating trying another platform - why would they
when they ask for help and get bagged for it???

I have friends with Amigas who find that community to be a lot
more friendly, and helpful than PC or Mac users, when they ask
for help on that (PC or Mac) particular platform...

Flame me all you like - I thought the net was to help people get info,
not shove them in a corner depending on the computer they use. I've got
the Flu anyway, so I am being grumpy.
