Hi,

For a long time I 've been wanting to buy a videocard.  Now I'm readdy for
it and would appreciate some advice.
I've put my hopes on the Miro DC-30 for the Mac.
I only need to edit, VHS, S-VHS, Hi8 at the most, nothing digital needed.
I get good comments on the Miro DC-30.

Any pro's & con's out there ?

I know I also need to get a fast hard drive. I have "fast scsi" , with 50
mhz bus speed.  
What performance is expected from the HD  to avoid loosing frames when
writing a sequence
with fast moving images to disk ? I would go for an internal disk to have
the benefits of the fast scsi.

Acces speed of 7 ms, what about write and other speeds ?
