As I stated to Dave (privately) when he first started this thread, MADA would
be very willing to participate to handle the logistics of fulfillment,
distribution, advertising, marketing, and general management of the product.
But as I think everyone knows and has stated, we're not set up to handle bug
fixes, QA, revisions, or tech support.
 
So . . . if the group as a whole handles the technical side, and we handle the
mundane side, perhaps it could work. We're certainly willing to give it a shot
if there's interest.
