Bill --
Given all of the well-justified unhappiness expressed lately about the poor
return on our ETO investments, and given that ETO claims to provide developers
with MacApp and its documentation, and given that a purchaser of a class
library might reasonably expect to receive paper documentation on the classes
and methods that compose that library (as opposed to just some introductory
"Guides" and a tutorial):
PLEASE RECONSIDER THE DECISION (OR LACK OF DECISION) TO EXCLUDE THE
MacApp Class and Method Reference FROM ETO!
(Or maybe we should all have our lawyers look at the ETO subscription forms and
see what they say about documentation?)

The MacApp Class and Method Reference (paper version) is a separate product and
is not included in the ETO series. You have to order it from APDA instead.
