Mike, I took a look at one of my applications and discovered that when built in debug mode the %_MethTables segment is about 33K (using -model near). I haven't experienced any problems building or running my app. Have I somehow been lucky and not needed the stuff beyond 32K, or is this not really a problem? Thanks, Nick Nallick P.S. When I built my program using -model far it crashed immediately. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- It could be that the segment that contains all the PascalObject method dispatching info (the %_MethTables segment) has grown beyond 32K. You might check your last successful build with ResEdit to see if this segment is almost 32K. If this is the case, you probably have no choice but to turn on Model Far.
