Does anyone know of a software tool that will take a MacApp 3.0 view resource
and generate C++ code that will create the MacApp view hierarchy procedurally.
We would like to improve the creation performance of several complicated views
by creating them procedurally, but we would still like to use a tool for
drawing them interactively.
 
Any additional advice for improving view creation performance would be greatly
appreciated.
