How can I add a item to Popup menu dynamically?

Hi,

I would like to know if there is any way to add or delete
a item from popup menu dynamically. I am using MacApp 3.0, 
the examples in the document only shows that the popup menu 
items are read from the 'CMNU' resource. Can they be 
deleted/inserted dynamically in the program.
