How can I learn TCL?

I have two questions. One, where is the FAQ for this newsgroup (is there
one?). Second, what would you recommend as a tutorial-instructional book
for using OOP, specifically TCL with THINK C 5.0 (or Pascal 4.0, if
necessary). I've looked through the OOP manual that came with THINK C,
but it seems more of a reference than a learning experience. I'm looking
for something like the Macintosh Programming Primers, by Dave Mark and
Christopher Reed. Thanks in advance.
