Sample code for a PDE is here:

It comes in the form of a ProjectBuilder project. A PDE is completely 
independent of app code - they're CFPlugins under OSX. That you're using 
CW and PowerPlant doesn't matter. If you want to convert the sample PB 
project into CW for the sake of using CW, that's optional. One thing to 
keep in mind: the printing code calling your PDE expects that it's 
Mach-O code. So, set up the CW project as a Mach-O bundle.
