As far as I know there is no need to rebuild MSL libraries. PowerPlant - yes, you need to modify it. Check article titled "Re: CarbonLib 1.2.5f2 breaks Powerplant??", posted to <comp.sys.mac.programmer.codewarrior> 02/06/01 (mm/dd/yy) or e-mail me privately and I will send you detailed instructions how to modify PP 2.1.
