Hi gang. I've done a few table classes, but they've all been of the "roll-your-own" variety. I usually have a bad case of Not Invented Here. Now I'd rather get in line with the LOutlineTable classes included with PowerPlant (especially since they're now so expansive). Anyway, now I have some new tables to make, and I'm looking for comments from those who have used (and abused) these classes before I dive in and get entrenched. What kind of luck/pitfalls/problems have you had with the LOutline classes? Basically I need to make a Finder-like view, with multiple columns of text, with one column editable, just like in the Finder. Items can be dragged in and out. It looks like they're made for single items per row, with some kind of hook (?) for individual columns of items (like a Finder view)? How does that work out in actual use? The current classes don't draw with Theme bkgnds, etc., although Joe Chan's CSuperOutline classes add this capability. Have you tried them? TIA. Mike

FYI, the class and its sibling, CResizer, are both used in part of StuffIt Deluxe 6. -- Joe Chan -------- Remove "nospam" from my email address
