The 5300 greyscale _might_ be a good choice at a good price, but be aware
that MANY of these early machines are afflicted with nasty logic board
problems.  To their credit, Apple recognizes this and has a recall and
repair program, but you're talking to an owner who's had nothing but
trouble with this machine and who's keeping his fingers crossed that when
it (finally) comes back from Apple it'll actually work.
