Hi all,

I am looking for a cheap but decent firewire PCCARD for my lombard in
Australia. Anyone know of what is available, and prices?

I have found Orange Micro ones for about $450 but I refuse to pay that sort
of money for something one can get in the states for $70US or something.

Thanks

Andrew

Go to your local Apple shop... print this and take it with you. The
info below is from the September MacSense price list. I dunno if
there's a more recent price list, if there is then they haven't sent it
to me. Naturally, you would wanna get one ASAP coz as well all know,
the exchange is crap and computer gear is all going up in price again.

Code: FW1030-HM
Item: PCMCIA to FireWire Cardbus single port
RRP: $155.00

Code: FW1040-HM
Item: PCMCIA to FireWire Cardbus plus DV and MPEGII Support
RRP: $270.00

Rgds,
Phil
