You need the other CD - the Reference CD. There's an example project
at:

Code:Chap 14 Solution Code

I cannot test it to see if it prints correctly when one selects
another printer from the Print Dialog, because I don't have a printer.
When I developed my own program, I tested it only with the Preview
button. So when you test the above project to see if it prints
correctly, I would appreciate if you get back to me and tell me what
you find out.
