At some point, you selected one of the rsrc files which get compiled 
into your application in the Mac OS X Finder, and in the Finder 
Inspector window you selected "open with --> ResEdit". That put a 'usro' 
resource in the .rsrc file, which you are now building into your app, 
causing the Finder to open your app with ResEdit.

Find the offending file and remove the resource.
