You can watch a baseball game on a television but if you copy it and
give it to a friend that is illegal. Metrowerks has the right to
protect its intellectual property.
However more to the point, if someone does redistribute our tools and
they add a virus or do something nasty, we have no control over this.
We might be liable since we did not discourage this practice.
But no we won't sue, we will prosecute and hopefully send people to Jail
for theft.
