You would probably do better asking this question in the 
pilot.programmer.gcc newsgroup hosted by news.falch.net.  That group is 
frequented by the maintainer of prc-tools and his many helpers.

I know there has been some effort to get prc-tools working on Mac OS X 
lately, and there's an untested tarball at 
http://www.bluenomad.com/prctools/prctools-macosx.tar.gz that may be 
useful.

I hope after you've gotten a chance to try out Palm OS programming that 
you'll reconsider the CodeWarrior tools, especially if its something you 
find that you enjoy doing.
