I did use PalmPlugin 1.6.3.12 and the previous release. With both, I got
the message. I just rechecked to be sure. 

The problem seems, that the Debugger Plugin API has changed from 4.0.x
to 4.1.
IDE 4.1 won't load the plugin, since it does not contain the shared libs
needed by the PalmPlugin. (I changed the names, and it loaded, but it
still doesn't work, for some other reasons). Also the PalmConnection
plugin does not work.
