Well, it has finally passed...or so it seems anyway...

Although the web pages
http://www.metrowerks.com/MW/Develop/Desktop/default.htm and
http://www.metrowerks.com/MW/Develop/Desktop/Mac10.htm are both
claiming that it is still available, all links to purchase end up at
CodeWarrior online store, which no longer shows CodeWarrior 10 for the
Macintosh.

It is finished. 12 years of extraordinary greatness killed by
Freescale blundering and mismanagement. I think I will remember the
good years, when things look bright.

If you are still reading these newsgroups, good luck to you fine people
who put it all together. In particular, Josef Wankerl, for uncommon
courage and dedication to hold it together while the ship was sinking,
and for making a final stand to deliver version 10, despite
insurmountable odds. And of course MWRon, whose great help will be
etched in the annals of this newsgroup and archives.
