I'm confused - is there an update to the Win x86 compiler or not?

The release note 'CW Win x86 Notes 3.2.5.txt' is actually the 3.2.4 version,
dated 8 July 2004. Wrong release note? Or shouldn't have been there at all?

I'd like to know what has changed before I install it!
