fwiw, I'm seeing the same thing, but I'm not adding new classes every day
so it's not irritating me as much.

I have a cocoa app in progress. If I double-click one of the nibs and go
into IB, then subclass "JoeRandomClass" as "MyJoeRandomClass" then go to
Tools->Create Files for classocoa app in progress. If I double-click one of
the nibs and go into IB, then subclass "JoeRandomClass" as
"MyJoeRandomClass" then 'Create Classes for MyJoeRandomClass', I get a
sheet whichd asks me if I want to add the files to both debug and final
targets. I agree. They don't get added.

I have some fuzzy recollection that it worked way back when, before Jaguar
and 8.2, but I only had CW for a short while before the updates came
out. It's still broken in 8.3
