Where are these symbols defined for Mach-O?  I've searched all the libraries
and I only seem to find these in MSL_C++_PPC.lib...  I need a Mach-O libary.

These symbols are in MSL_C++_Mach-O.a and MSL_C++_Mach-O_D.a.  Try
moving your source files above these libs in the link order list.
