You also will want to highlight the files that you want merged into the
output and enable the 'Merge to Output' selection in the Project Inspector.

As far as the blank errors & warnings window, that sounds like a bug.  You
might want to send in a copy of your entire project into tech support to
take a look at it.

Are you talking about that pesky warning triangle with no text following it?
It's been there on my system since going from 6.0 to 6.1. I'm running on
System 9.0.4 and MRJ 2.2. I'm not merging my output file.
My biggest problem since CW Pro 5 are all the bogus error messages. I
usually have to do a make, then run, then make one final time. Each time the
error count drops and it finally links.

If you really want to have fun try changing the package name in a Java App
[w/RAD made frames]. Everything works fine until RAD is used to edit a
frame. Then BIG trouble! And I had an App with a lot of UI's.

Yes, that is exactly what I am talking about.  Has anyone else in the
group experienced it or know if there is any fix?  For me, it did not
start happening until I set the MRJAppBuilder settings to include a splash
screen and application icons.  It persists today even if I uncheck the
Merge output zipfile into application.
