I know that Powerplant has a full suite of Thread Manager classes, but
does it also have classes for Multi Processing Services? Does the latest
verion of the thread classes do this (PowerPlant 2.1)? I have to update
an old program that uses the Thread manager extensively. I would like to
use MultiProcessor services instead so that it can be better supported
with OS X... Thanks alot...

No, just the Thread Mgr still. I asked about this a few months back,
and they said that they (Greg, John, etc) had their hands full with
more-pressing stuf like Carbon Events and such. Given the few apps
that are even using the Thread Mgr, it's understandable. Although I'd
like to have preemptive threads and all, I can wait for a nice,
integrated class. BTW, they said that the framework was originally
intended to integrate preemptive threads, but things didn't turn out
that way.
