🚀 go-pugleaf

I'm not able to get the CodeWarrior debugger to work. I've isolated it 
down to just the simple, brand new project:

The vanilla "Hello, World" Std C Carbon Console project compiles fine 
and runs when not using the debugger (either from the CW IDE or the 
Finder). However when running it from the IDE using the CW Debugger it 
crashes just after "ProcessLaunchedEvent" and "Reading symbols for 
shared libraries . done" with a "Program exited with code 01." 
(MetroNubX, DebugNub and gdb-powerpc-appl all start up OK.)

I've tried starting DebugNub up by hand, etc. This is on a stock G4 450 
MP. Mac OS X installed on internal ATA HFS+ disk (with Mac OS 9.0.4). 2 
monitors, ATI cards.

Any thoughts?
