I did a quick Froogle search and found that CodeWarrior 9 for Windows
is still available (for those still inetrested) at a couple of places.
I mention it here since I know that there are probably very few sources
left for those individuals:

Wow  1,187 bucks for a version of CodeWarrior that sells for $129... 
talk about a mark up !!

I didn't realize it was the academic version.  A 1000% profit!
(Hmmm...maybe I went into the wrong business.)  :-)
