CodeWarrior Development Studio for Mac OS, Version 9.3 Update
Release date: 4/17/2004
The 9.3 update for CodeWarrior Development Studio for Mac OS Version 9
is a maintenance release of the CodeWarrior Development Studio for Mac
OS tools. The 9.3 update includes bug fixes to the C/C++ compiler, IDE,
Debugger, MSL, Windows Support, PowerPlant, and PowerPlant X. The
release notes contain details for each of these changed components.
This update should only be applied to registered users of: CodeWarrior
Development Studio for Mac OS Version 9.0, 9.1, or 9.2
There are two versions of the 9.3 update installer for you to choose
from.
Option one: You can download the full 9.3 update installer here.. It is
a complete, self-contained installer containing a complete set of
rebuilt libraries.
Option two: You can download the 9.3 web update installer here. The web
update installer is small and downloads the 9.3 update items from the
Metrowerks ftp server as you need them. You can use the web installer to
update your system without downloading the rebuilt libraries and save
some download time. However, if you elect to not install libraries, you
must manually rebuild the MSL and runtime libraries on your machine
after installing the update.

It takes 2 days between when engineering uploads it and everyone signs
off and it is released. It was just released minutes before I posted
here.

D'oh I'd have made a terrible proof reader :)

> I think you missed what he was pointing out... April? I might be tempted to believe that he typed "April" when he meant to type "August", since both months begin with "A", an easy mistake... Except he didn't say "April"...he said "4/17/2004"...and a "4" doesn't look much like an "8". Perhaps this is the engineering build date and there was 4 months of QA and beta testing which required no changes and so no new build date? Jonathan Hoyle

I think that engineers are in a different time/space location :)) Jonathan Hoyle wrote: >>I think you missed what he was pointing out... Actually, the explanation is much simpler. When the release was given to the IS department for deployment, there's some crazy paperwork that needs to be filled out. And I typed a 4 instead of an 8 on the form. Then IS just copy/pasted my incorrect info up on the web page.
