Packaging:
* There is a new tab in the IDE project window to layout packages.
* A Package (or Bundle as it is also known) is a directory in the file
system that contains executable code as well as a variety of resources.
* Those resources might include images, sounds, localized strings,
libraries and frameworks.
* They can be designed to run on both Classic Mac OS and OS X.
* Previously this structure had to be built up by hand.
* The Package Manager enables an arbitrary user-specified layout.
* Similar to some installers the Package page allows you to design your
package structure as easily as dragging and dropping items into the
Package Window.
* You can also create User-Defined Actions that will be performed upon
each build of the target.
* You can add each of these user-defined package actions to a package
layout:
* Comment.
* Copy File.
* Copy Folder.
* Create Directory.
* Create Alias.
* Create Symlink.
* Lock/Unlock File or Folder.
* Delete File or Folder.
* Rename File or Folder.
