C Language:

* Complete C99 library (with the exception of <complex.h>)

* Wide filename extensions for I/O (_wfopen, _wfreopen, _wrename, etc.)
* Mimic the standard calls but allow filenames and pathnames in wide    
wchar_t format.
* New OS X replacement for SIOUX:  automatic invocation of the terminal
* Rather than SIOUX Console window you can work directly with the 
terminal window.
