I've written a third-party plugin that brings back the use of Cmd-` on 
Mac OS X 10.2 (Jaguar).  This key combo is assigned to the Go To 
Header/Source command within the CodeWarrior IDE, but Mac OS X 10.2 uses 
this key combo for something else unless it is visible in the menu bar.  
If you previously used Cmd-` to switch between your header and source 
files a lot, you may want to try this plugin.

The plugin is unsupported by Metrowerks, so just contact me personally 
for any issues you have with it.
