CodeWarrior Development Tools For Mac" OS, v8.1 Update
Released on 07/03/2002 is available for downloading at
http://www.metrowerks.com/MW/Support/Download/
The CodeWarrior Development Tools For Mac" OS, v8.1 update is a
maintenance release of the Compilers and Command Line Tools. This update
should only be applied to a CodeWarrior Development Tools For Mac" OS,
v8 installation.
Release notes, installation information and appropriate warnings should
be read before installation.

I download the update and then rebuilt the lib's, the MacOSX lib build has errors, I think because I don't have osX on my system, are there Lib's that I can get premade? If you don't have OS X on your system, you can't do any Mach-O programming anyhow, so rebuilding those libraries would be worthless to you. Just ignore them. :-)
