ResEdit cannot calculate a TMPL

Hi, ResEdit users out here ?

I have a TMPL that drives me nuts. After some testing I fugured out the
following:

1) Do a TMPL with a simple list (LSTB/LSTE). Inside the the List there
are seven DWRDs. After creating a testres the res has a size of 14
bytes. (7*2) Fine.

2) Append to the same template a P009 string. The resulting res has a
size of 24. (7*2 + 10) Fine.

3) Append to the same template a P064 string. The resulting res has a
size of 126. (7*2 + 10 + 65 = 89) Oops.

Am I doing something wrong or colliding with some 2-byte script systems,
or what ?

Any hint appreciated. thx, Hado.

0x64 == 100

The numbers are in hexadecimal.
P009 is 1 + 0x0A (10)  bytes long
P064 is 1 + 0x65 (101) bytes long

7*2 + 10 + 101 = 125

I guess that there's an extra byte in there for padding.
