Yes.  Quadra and Centris 660avs and Quadra 840avs.

Yes.  You need to buy the developer kit which, if I remember correctly, is
mindlessly expensive (US$1000 I think).  It's not sold by Apple but by a
bunch of people called "Spectral Innovations" (or something like that).
