It will be distributed on Release 11.0 of the Entrez CD-ROMs, which will mailed to subscribers in the next few days. It is now on the ncbi.nlm.nih.gov anonymous ftp server, in the /entrez/current directory, as entrez.hqx. We expect to revise our version of the NCSA socket library to be compatible with the new MacTCP headers within the next few months. At that point we will release a fat binary of Network Entrez, the Internet client version of Entrez that does not require a local copy of the Entrez CD-ROMs. Dennis Benson NCBI
