I have over seventy Macs that run Word 4.0 just wonderfully, unfortunately I
have three Pluses with an old Radius monitors that crash every time we try to
open Word 4.0. One Plus opens Word but doesn't show any fonts and crashes
every time we try to select full menu.

I called Microsoft and they were somewhat baffled. All three machines have the
2.8 ROM, the Radius FPD version is 2.5, and there arn't any inits on these 6.02
systems. Does any one have any ideas? Microsoft doesn't...

I should say that we do have Pluses with a new Radius and SEs with old an
Radius that don't have any Word problems whatsoever.
