I keep some big files in one of my folders and sometimes TempOpti148 shows up there. The file shows up periodically. The files in the folder are locked, and maybe MicroSoft Word makes the file. Also, whenever I am tuning up the disk with SUM, the files cannot be defragmented for some reason (because they are locked?) The files are usually just like one of the locked files, and have an Icon indicating they are Word documents.
