Most dialog boxes which display the full contents of a folder (i.e. some open and I believe most save dialog boxes) will have your invisible file in their listing. If you do plan to use the Invisibility option as a piracy deterrent, I would suggest also placing the invisible application deep in a nest of folders where nobody would stumble onto it, and providing those users that should have access with aliases to your hidden application.
