Appletalk to Ethernet

I would like any informations concerning appletalk to Ethernet.  What kind of products available and pricing(both hardware and software).  We will be mainly connecting appltalk<->sun<->vax.  Is it possible to implement TCP/IP in conjunction with appletalk?(mail, ftp and etc).
