🚀 go-pugleaf

My roommate just picked up an SE with a 20 meg hard disk.  Our first
task was to initialize the hard disk and set it up to boot the system.
We were provided with two copies of a disk labelled tools or system, I
don't remember on which were tools to initialize and check the hard disk
and then to install the system stuff.  The initializing and checking 
went ok, but when we tried to install the system stuff we were getting an
error that it could not find font 12.  It would then ask you if you would
like to continue and if we did it died seconds later.  To install the
system stuff we had gone into the installer where we were given a menu
with choices of all the different Macs that one might be setting up.
We tried both copies of the disk and both gave us the same error.  The
manual suggested that we try reinitializing the hard disk and trying
again, which we did.  Still no success.  We were able to just move the
icon from the other disk to the hard disk to get it going but I'm 
wondering if anyone else has had similar problems, or knows why we
encountered the problems we did.
