in article <531@atux01.UUCP>, jlc@atux01.UUCP (J. Collymore) says: > At two different points during this tedious process, when I told it > to "Print Card" I got a dialog box that said: "Say 'Please'!" <OK> <Cancel> > > Why did I get this message? Is this some hidden joke by the Apple people > that I've discovered (or by Bill Atkinson), or is it a joke by the SuperMac > people? It's neither. That card is special; it has a button that's used to demostrate the method the card describes. Apparently when you were doing the print routine, the special button over-rode the one in the print dialog (or somesuch), and you got presented with the message. It's really an interactive Help system. Looks like it interacted with you, too! Clive Steward
