Custom keymaps for UW

I've been using UW (version 4.1) on my Mac SE (with the standard ADB
keyboard) for a while now, and it works quite well except for one
annoyance - the "delete" key sends a backspace (ascii 0x08) instead of
a real delete (ascii 0x7f). In fact, I don't think there's any way
to send a delete from the keyboard.

I'm using the "unmapped" keyboard configuration in UW - none of the other
ones recognize the control key. I suspect I can create my own custom keymap
resource to fix the delete key, but I haven't been able to figure out the
format of the KMAP resources by just poking around in ResEdit. If anyone can
tell me how to go about this, or better yet already has a KMAP resource that
does what I want, I'd really appreciate it.

		Thanks! Mike Blackwell
