Configuration:  Mac SE/HD-20 Hard Disk/Font-DA Juggler +

If I shutdown without closing EVERY window on the screen, then
Font/DA Juggler + doesn't load at the start of the next session.
Anyone have any ideas/hints for how to fix this (other than
closing all windows before shutdow)?
